Compared with the pre-multi-frequency eddy current sorter, this eddy current sorting equipment is more suitable for sorting and testing the hardness, material and other items of various steel balls, and realizes zero-defect control of the performance of the whole batch of parts.

1. Hardness test: the detection resolution reaches 1~2HRC (other parameter characteristics remain stable and consistent);

2. Material sorting: a mixture capable of sorting heat treatment conditions;

Composition: The system consists of six parts: eddy current sorter, probe, feeder, mechanical device, electrical control and aluminum profile rack. The spherical parts arranged automatically by the hopper slide into the charging path in turn. After detection by the eddy current probe, the workpiece is controlled by the sorting cylinder to enter the corresponding qualified or unqualified passage.
